About Our Firm

Next Phase Legal & Dispute Resolution LLC (NPL) is a Massachusetts family law and dispute resolution firm. Our office is located at 65 Holbrook Street, Suite 270, in Norfolk, MA.  If you are wondering, yes – we were previously located in Medfield, MA for a number of years.

about Next Phase Legal

If Norfolk is not a convenient location for you, we have three satellite locations and other flexible options available, including simple to use web-based meetings, or arranging meetings at an off-site location.  Please contact us to learn more about these options.  For example, our divorce and family mediation and parenting coordination services can work well through video-conferencing.  All you need is a computer, phone, or tablet with a camera and an internet connection.

Our focus is working with clients to reach a resolution outside of the traditional adversarial litigation process.  We do this through options such as mediation, conciliation, serving as settlement counsel, and collaborative divorce and dispute resolution.  We also provide Parenting Coordination services, which you can learn more about more about on our separate website: https://www.theparentingcoordinator.com/

We believe that family law conflict is best resolved through a respectful process focused on problem-solving, and that important decisions should only be made after thoughtful consideration of the facts and financial information that will impact the days ahead.

Our Approach:

Our Combination of Modern Technology and Personal Service

Next Phase Legal leverages technology to provide clients added convenience. Each client has access to their own secure Client Portal, where he or she may securely download documents, communicate with us through secure messaging, review and pay invoices, and view upcoming appointments and court dates.  Clients can schedule meetings with us directly through our website, avoiding back and forth emails and phone tag. Nothing replaces excellent customer service, of course.  We understand how stressful it is when your lawyer won’t call you back.  We experience that ourselves sometimes when we are trying to get in touch with opposing counsel.   If your lawyer doesn’t respond to you, maybe it is time for a change.
