About Our Firm
Next Phase Legal & Dispute Resolution LLC (NPL) is a Massachusetts family law and estate planning law firm located at 65 Holbrook Street, Suite 270, in Norfolk, MA. Much of the firm’s divorce and family law work focuses on dispute resolution instead of expensive litigation. We’re pleased to offer mediation, conciliation, parenting coordination, and settlement counsel services as efficient and less-adversarial options to litigation.
For clients residing a greater distance from our Norfolk County location, much of work can be completed through video-conferencing. This option allows us to serve individuals and families throughout Massachusetts in most instances.
We believe that family law conflict is best resolved through a respectful process focused on problem-solving, and that important decisions should only be made after thoughtful consideration of the facts and financial information that will impact the days ahead.

Our Combination of Modern Technology and Personal Service
Next Phase Legal leverages technology to provide clients added convenience. Each client has access to their own secure Client Portal as well as a custom app for your smartphone where he or she may securely download and upload documents, communicate with us through secure messaging, review and pay invoices, and view upcoming appointments and court dates. Clients can schedule meetings with us directly through our website, avoiding back and forth emails and phone tag. Nothing replaces excellent customer service, of course. We understand how stressful it is when your lawyer won’t call you back. We experience that ourselves sometimes when we are trying to get in touch with opposing counsel. If your lawyer doesn’t respond to you, maybe it is time for a change?
